The apartment
The 71m² apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator. It is composed of a beautiful living room - kitchen area opening onto a small balcony, two bedrooms, separate toilets and a bathroom with shower.
You will find plenty of storage space in all the rooms, as well as board games and books for quiet evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, kettle, raclette grill, etc.
A baby bed is available in the apartment, as well as a baby chair.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located on rue Royale, right in the center, and very close to the old town. You can do everything on foot: visiting the center, shopping, shopping, etc.
A few meters away you will find a cheese shop, an organic supermarket, the market 3 times a week, cafes, restaurants... And at the end of the street, the lake!
Guest access
The apartment is located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, 50 minutes from Geneva airport, 1 hour 30 minutes from Grenoble airport and 40 minutes from Chambéry airport.
The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
The closest bus stop is “gare quai sud”. This will allow you to visit the city independently via the city's bus network, which connects all the main roads in Annecy.
There are some parking spaces on the street, but we advise you to park in the Post Office car park located 50m away and get a pass there for a few days.
