The space
On one side of the apartment is the castle and the main shopping street of Annecy, on the other side is the old prisons and a quiet river. A fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto a large dining room. In the extension of the dining room is the living room with two sofas. This room is comfortable and friendly. There is a small piece of balcony which will allow you to enjoy the sun!
There are two beautiful bedrooms on the first floor: a large double bed in the first with a fireplace heater; and three single beds in the second. This layout is ideal for large families and groups of friends (be careful, attic rooms !).
The entrance hall of the apartment will allow you to store many things. From the hallway, you can take the spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms or access the large bathroom. Summer or winter, come and enjoy the sauna !

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the liveliest pedestrian street in the historic center! At the bottom of your door, you will find restaurants, terraces, summer shops ... but above all the market! Three times a week, come and discover the best of Savoyard gastronomy from our farmers, cheesemakers, butchers, beekeepers ... Only good!
Head to the beach, a few minutes walk away, and the mountain about thirty minutes by car.
Getting around
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street, however, you will find several public car parks not far from there: the Sainte Claire car park, the Hôtel de Ville car park and the Château car park are 5 minutes away!
We can book your transfer for you from Geneva and Lyon airports. Also available, trips to La Clusaz or Chamonix. Do not hesitate to ask us for your route if it does not appear in the list.

We provide bed linen and towels. The bed are prepared.
You'll also find basic amenities in the apartment : oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar etc... for your stay begining.
COVID-19 : In order limitate contacts with each other, checkin and checkout will be organized with a key box. The cleaning of the apartment is done by a professional team to ensure a very thorough disinfection.
