The space
Ideally located in Annecy downtown, this apartment is quiet, with a nice balcony overlooking a small pedestrian alley.
The front door opens onto the living room with a sofa bed where you can relax and watch TV.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table with two chairs. It is ideal for preparing meals or having a drink with friends.
You will access the large balcony from the living room. It is very pleasant at any time of the day: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The balcony is the real asset of this apartment.
At the end of the small corridor along the kitchen is the bedroom. Plenty of storage makes it very convenient. It also has a small desk.
The reasonably sized modern bathroom includes a shower. You will find all the linens necessary for your stay.

The neighborhood
The city center of Annecy, the old town on the other side of the street, the restaurants, the alleys, the banks of the Thiou which lead to the lake.
On the other side are the more commercial streets with all the big brands, rue Carnot... and always the lake at the end of the street.
The district comes alive during the day with its shops, at night the bars and restaurants take over. This is THE place to be in Annecy!

COVID-19 : In order limitate contacts with each other, checkin and checkout will be organized with a key box. The cleaning of the apartment is done by a professional team to ensure a very thorough disinfection.
