Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
The apartment is 400 m from the SNCF train station and bus station, from which buses leave for La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand in winter, as well as shuttles to Geneva and Lyon airports.
🅿️Les The nearest parking lots are the Bonlieu parking lot and the Palais de Justice parking lot, both just a few minutes' walk from the property.

The apartment is about 1h20 from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Geneva airport, 1h30 from Grenoble airport and 40 minutes from Chambéry airport.
Annecy train station is nearby, just 05 minutes by bus or on foot.

We provide bed linen and towels, and your beds are always made for your arrival ;)
You'll also find a small welcome basket with everything you need to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper... for a smooth arrival.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
