The space
The 67m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a pretty building, in a quiet street, right in the pedestrian center of Annecy.
It is composed of a beautiful living room/kitchen area opening onto a pretty terrace above the river, two beautiful bedrooms (one with a double bed and bathroom, one with two single beds), an additional space with two beds simple rooms and a sauna, as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower.
Also at your disposal, a TV, a dryer and washing machine, wifi and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious Savoyard dishes...!

The property is 250 meters from Annecy Castle and the Palais de l'Ile.
Also discover the Saint-François de Sales church (700 meters away) and the famous Pont des Amours which spans the lake (about 1 km away).
Getting around
Direct access by car is not possible but parking is possible 300 meters away (public parking nearby - Sainte Claire).
Annecy is located 50km from Geneva International Airport and 125km from Lyon Saint-Exupéry International Airport. There are connections to Annecy by train and coach.

- TER connections: numerous Regional Express Trains connect Annecy to Lyon, Valence, Grenoble, Chambéry and Chamonix.
