The space
Ideally located in Annecy downtown, this apartment is quiet, with a nice balcony overlooking a small pedestrian alley.
The front door opens onto the living room with a sofa bed where you can relax and watch TV.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table with two chairs. It is ideal for preparing meals or having a drink with friends.
You will access the large balcony from the living room. It is very pleasant at any time of the day: for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The balcony is the real asset of this apartment.
At the end of the small corridor along the kitchen is the bedroom. Plenty of storage makes it very convenient. It also has a small desk.
The reasonably sized modern bathroom includes a shower. You will find all the linens necessary for your stay.

The neighborhood
Le centre ville d'Annecy, la vieille ville de l'autre côté de la rue, les restaurants, les ruelles, les berges du Thiou qui mènent au lac.
De l'autre côté ce sont les rues plus commerçantes avec toutes les grandes enseignes, la rue Carnot... et toujours le lac au bout de la rue.
Le quartier s'anime le jour de par ses boutiques, la nuit les bars et restaurants prennent le relais. Ici c'est THE place to be in Annecy !
