The space

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator of a quiet building.
You can enjoy a parking space in the condominium parking lot.

It consists of an entrance with separate toilet, a beautiful bathroom, a living-dining room opening onto a balcony area with table and chairs to enjoy the sun.

A recently fitted kitchen is at your disposal with all the necessary comfort: fridge, microwave, oven, filter and nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher etc ...

A first bedroom offers a double bed and a balcony, while the second is composed of two single bunk beds, and a third single trundle bed.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are prepared for your arrival.

Also at your disposal, some welcome products to start your stay gently (coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar etc ...) and a small hygiene / cleaning kit.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We remain at your disposal by email, text message or phone calls during your stay.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is peaceful, with many small local shops.
The lake is at the end of the street, a 5-minute walk away.
