Welcome to our little corner of paradise on the shores of Lake Annecy !
Imagine yourself, with your feet in the water, just a few steps from the pedestrian center and sunny beaches. Our charming T2 offers you the perfect getaway to recharge your batteries and fully enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
The 50m² apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator, of a recent (2019) and quiet residence. A garage is at your disposal.
Inside, you will be welcomed into a warm, comfortable and modern space, where every detail has been thought of for your well-being.
The room, cozy and peaceful, promises you restful nights in a bed already prepared for your arrival. For families with young children, a travel cot is always available for their greater comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and even small welcome packs to facilitate your arrival and make your first moments with us even more pleasant. A raclette machine and a fondue machine are at your disposal for wonderful Savoyard evenings !
The living room, open to the kitchen, will offer you a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a dining area.
A washing machine is at your disposal (present in the toilets).
After a busy day exploring the surrounding area, relax on the balcony, where you can enjoy a quiet drink.

Guest access
The apartment is located in a new and quiet residence a stone's throw from the lake, the beaches and the old town.
The “tresum” and “piscine marquisats” bus stops are 2 minutes walk from the residence, so you can visit the city independently.
A covered parking space under the residence is included.
Getting around
The apartment is located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, 50 minutes from Geneva airport, 1 hour 30 minutes from Grenoble airport and 40 minutes from Chambéry airport.
Annecy train station is very close, just 12 minutes by bus, and 20 minutes on foot.

We remain available by email, text and telephone throughout your stay.
Other things to note
We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival ;)
You will also find a small welcome pack with something to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper... for a smooth arrival.
Our animal friends are not accepted in this apartment.
COVID-19: In order not to put anyone at unnecessary risk, arrivals and departures will be managed with a key box for the moment. Cleaning is managed by a professional team who ensures the disinfection of the apartment.
