Located on the 4th floor with lift, this 40 m² flat comprises a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains.
A lovely, comfortable bedroom with a double bed.
The flat is fully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, hairdryer, iron and hoover - (washing machine is not working at the moment)
There is a TV, internet and wifi.
The building has a private outside car park with parking space.
Guest access
The flat is located in a quiet area a stone's throw from the old town.
The "Gabriel Fauré" and "Boschetti" bus stops allow you to come from the station and move freely and easily around the city.
Just a few metres from a bakery and a nearby supermarket, where you can walk to the butchers, etc.
A 5-minute walk from the old town, with its cobbled streets, numerous shops and restaurants and its twice-weekly markets.
Getting around
The flat is approximately 1h20 from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Geneva airport, 1h30 from Grenoble airport and 40 minutes from Chambéry airport.
Annecy station is nearby, just 10 minutes away by bus.

We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival ;)
You'll also find a small welcome hamper with everything you need to get your stay off to a good start: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper... for a smooth arrival.
Pets are not allowed in this flat.
COVID-19 : In order not to put anyone at unnecessary risk, arrivals and departures will be managed with a key box for the time being. The flat is cleaned and disinfected by a professional team.
